Return Policy:
If you contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, we will refund your purchase price and shipping fees. Return shipping fees will be the buyers responsibility.
After 30 days, returns are generally not accepted.
All merchandise refused or not accepted by customers and returned from Carrier as Refused, Not Accepted, or Undeliverable is subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping charges we incur.
Note - Personal care and hygiene items (toileting) are not refundable or returnable.
Note - Return shipping costs for all Bed Frames and Mattresses are the buyers responsibility.
