Description   The Freedom Wand is a toilet wiping aid designed to help those with difficulty turning or reaching perform necessary bathroom hygiene. This tool features a revolutionary design element in how it grips the tissue paper. This toilet aid sports a "finger-like" gripping mechanism that securely holds the toilet paper and then diposes and releases it with the push of a button. Toilet paper is bunched together and then inserted into the gripping part of the head. Not Quite What I Hoped March 26, 2011 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Arlington, TX United States   Yes, this basically does the job, but I'm disappointed in a couple of things.  The gripper fingers don't work very well.  The toilet paper either falls out because it's too thin or I can't get it pushed into the grippers because it's too thick.  When it's thick, the slider button is hard to operate and is painful to my arthritic joints.  I'm hoping it will get easier over time as I get more used to it. She had rotator cuff surgery, and we (my dad and myself) have been helping her for the past 6 weeks! I keep on kicking myself for not remembering this product earlier on during her recovery!
